Data & Account Deletion

This page provides the public AgroLITix account and data deletion process. Account and data deletion is permanent and irreversible. The app currently has no paid plans or subscriptions.

1. Delete Your Account In-App

The quickest method is directly within the app:

  1. Open the AgroLITix app.
  2. Tap your profile picture or initials in the top-right corner.
  3. Go to Settings → Data.
  4. Scroll down and select "Delete account".
  5. Read the warning and confirm by tapping "Delete permanently".

Your account and all associated data will begin deletion immediately. The full process, including backup purging, may take up to 30 days.

2. Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app or wish to receive written confirmation:

  • Email: privacy@agrolitix.lt
  • Subject line: Data deletion request
  • Message: include the email address linked to your account and specify whether you want full account deletion or specific data only.

We will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. For complex requests, this may be extended to 90 days with notification.

3. What Is Deleted

Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently and irreversibly removed:

  • Account credentials (email address, password hash).
  • Profile information (name, profile picture).
  • All farms, fields and their GPS coordinates.
  • All seasonal plans and work calendar entries.
  • Activity log entries (planting, fertilising, spraying, etc.).
  • All uploaded documents, PDFs and photos.
  • AI assistant conversation history.
  • Employee and equipment records.
  • Partner programme balance and referral history.

4. Data Retained After Deletion

Certain data may be retained for longer periods only where required by law:

  • Security incident logs — retained for up to 90 days for legal defence purposes.
  • Backup copies — fully purged within 90 days of the account deletion date.

These records are not shared with third parties and are used only for legally mandated purposes.

5. Deleting Specific Data Only

If you wish to delete only certain data without deleting your entire account:

  • Documents — open the document in the app → three-dot menu → Delete.
  • Fields — open the field card → Edit → Delete field.
  • AI conversation history — in the conversation list → swipe left → Delete.
  • Other data — write to privacy@agrolitix.lt specifying exactly what you want removed.

6. Your GDPR Rights

Account deletion fulfils your right to erasure under GDPR Article 17. You also have the right to:

  • Receive a copy of your data before deletion — write to privacy@agrolitix.lt requesting a data export (JSON format).
  • Restrict processing if you dispute data accuracy or the basis for processing.
